Our People

Michael Dixey

A Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants. Widely experienced in industry with a background in line management followed by consulting work in the UK, USA, Africa, Canada and Ireland for two leading international consultancy firms. Michael was a founding member of GGR Associates. He together with John Gallimore developed the derivatives of classical RCM.

John Gallimore

A Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institute of Managment Consultants with wide experience of manufacturing, management and consultancy in the UK and overseas. John was a founding member of GGR Associates after leading P-E International's practice in manufacturing performance improvement in the south of England.

Pete Hibbs

A Chartered Chemical Engineer, with almost ten years experience in the petrochemicals industry, and an MBA from Imperial College Business School. For the last seven years, Pete has been a consultant with clients from many sectors and is a specialist in improving operations, reliability and commercial performance. Two of his projects have been awarded the MCA's Gold Award for Change Management in the Private Sector.

Liam Tolton

A Chartered Engineer and Six Sigma Black Belt with over 20 years of experience in the oil refining, processing and pharmaceutical industries. Liam set up a new maintenance department in a multi-million euro start up pharmaceutical plant in Ireland, and has a proven track record in project and maintenance management. He has extensive experience as a consulting engineer in both public and private sector organisations.
